    About Our Flowers

    • How long will my bouquet last? Most of our trendy bouquets stay fresh for 5–7 days. We even include a “Garden Secret” care card with every order to help them live longer!
    • Do the flowers look exactly like the pictures? Since flowers grow in nature, every stem is unique! We promise to keep the vibe and colors as close to the photo as possible.

    About Gifting & Packaging

    • Can I build my own gift box? Yes! We love “DIY” gifts. Just pick your items, and we will handle the creative packaging to make it look stunning.
    • Can I add a handwritten note? Of course! Type your message at checkout, and we’ll hand-write it on a cute card for that personal touch.

    Delivery & Returns

    • Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes! For local orders, just place your order before 2:00 PM and we’ll get it there by sunset.
    • What if my gift arrives damaged? Oh no! We want you to be 100% happy. If something is wrong, snap a photo and email us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right.
