Website Usage Rules

  • Be Kind: Our website is a place for joy and gifting. Please don’t use our site for anything illegal or mean.
  • Your Account: If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login.
  • Our Content: All the photos of our trendy bouquets and creative gifts belong to us. Please don’t use them without asking!

Payment & Ordering

  • Prices: All prices are shown clearly at checkout. We can change prices at any time (for example, if flower prices go up during a holiday), but the price you see when you pay is final.
  • Accuracy: Please double-check the delivery address! If a gift goes to the wrong house because the address was wrong, we cannot offer a free replacement.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Once a bouquet is tied or a gift is wrapped, we cannot cancel the order.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Because we deal with fresh, living products, our refund rules are a bit different:

  • Freshness: Flowers are nature’s art—they don’t last forever. If your flowers arrive wilted or damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours, and we will send a fresh replacement.
  • Gift Boxes: If an item in your gift box is broken, let us know immediately for a replacement or partial refund.
  • Change of Mind: Since our products are custom-made or perishable, we generally do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

We do our very best to make sure every delivery is perfect. However:

  • Nature Happens: Sometimes a specific flower isn’t available due to the season. We reserve the right to swap it for a flower of equal or higher value.
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim for 100% on-time delivery, we aren’t responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic accidents, or “Acts of God.”
  • Allergies: Please check for flower or food allergies before ordering! We aren’t liable for any allergic reactions to our products.
